Portuguese wines are one of the products that its people cherish most. The large presence of wine regions from north to south puts the country on the wine tourism map and attracts everyday more visitors.

Port Wine Route – Prepare for pleasant walks, with its vineyards, castles and quiet villages that are part of the itinerary. You can also visit the places where the wine is produced, where you can get to know the manufacturing process from harvest to aging in the barrels.

Beira Interior Wine Route – The region includes, among others, the areas of Castelo Rodrigo and Pinhel, with the green of the vines contrasting with the granite of the castles.

Dão Wine Route – To discover this wine, red or white, is also to discover Serra da Estrela cheese, Bravo de Esmolfe apple, confectionery and much more. Wine tourists can now take part in a simple tasting, visit wineries or farms, buy wine and other traditional products on site and visit several monuments.

Alentejo Wine Route – Winemaking is very strong culture in Alentejo, dating back to very old times. Here you will fall in love with Alentejo’s landscapes, gastronomy and wines of excellence.
